Terms And Conditions of Booking


  1. On receipt of your completed booking form and deposit we will reserve the indicated dates providing they are available.
  2. Your reservation is taken as confirmed and accepted for all persons travelling in the party when the invoice is dispatched to the lead member of the group.
  3. The persons whose signature appears on the booking form acts as authority for all the other persons travelling, has read and accepts the booking terms & conditions/fishing regulations. The persons whose signature is on the booking form is liable for all costs and charges for the whole party, including bank charges, returned cheques etc.
  4. A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required at time of booking together with a cheque for £75.00 as a refundable payment for accidental damage - this will be returned to the party leader by cheque after departure.
  5. (i) The balance of the holiday must be received no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than 10 weeks prior to arrival - the total holiday cost must be paid.
    (ii) If the balance payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation, the deposit is forfeited and a cancellation charge will be levied.   6. All parties must have a valid passport or visa if required. We accept no responsibility for delay or expense due to this documentation.
  7. The management reserve the right to cease services that are contracted to you if behaviour is judged to cause discomfort or harm to other customers, persons or property; The appropriate cancellation charge will be levied. We are not liable for any refund or compensation, cost or damage incurred.
  8. Force Majeure - We are not liable for any loss, delay or cancellation due to fire, storm, flood, weather conditions, acts of God, riots, political unrest, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, war or any other event out of our control.
  9. We strongly recommend travel insurance and do not accept liability for any financial loss incurred if not taken out.
  10. Procedure for complaint - In the very unlikely event of a party member complaining about their stay, the complaint must be passed on to the management immediately; On arrival home, the lead party member must notify the management in writing within 7 days of departure.
